National Family Planning Board donates contraceptive methods

National Family Planning Board donates contraceptive methods

On Tuesday, Joseph Reynolds, the (Acting) Executive Director of the National Family Planning Board (NFPB) handed over a large donation of contraceptive methods to the Women’s Centre of Jamaica Foundation (WCJF). The methods included: male and female condoms, Copper T, Depo Provera, Jadelle, syringes and needles

Since the opening of the WCJF’s Adolescent Resource Centre (ARC), the WCJF has managed to provide adolescent mothers with free conctraceptive councelling, methods, and among other services. The WCJF intends to continue providing these clinical services, with the assitance of FAMPLAN and the NFPB.
